First up, the classic chocolate chip cookie

Every baker needs a go-to chocolate chip cookie recipe. I personally have a soft spot for the type of cookie that remains soft even after it’s been on the counter for a while…

My favorite recipe originates from AllRecipes but I modify it slightly to only include .75 cups of butter instead of a whole cup, and for this latest batch I included both chocolate chips and peanut butter chips (because why not?).

I’ve also made this recipe using chocolate pudding mix instead of vanilla – which is good, but almost on the too chocolatey side… you’ve been warned!
