Greg’s Chimichurri Rib Steak!

Greg’s steak advice starts with “find a good piece of meat with good marbling”. Sometimes, this means asking the butcher if they have anything else not on display.

One of the things that makes Greg’s steak so delicious is the sauce he makes. Mix up some olive oil, fresh cilantro, garlic, fresh cracked pepper, sea salt, rosemary, and a few drops of white wine vinegar… then slather it on the steak as you grill it, using the extra to top the steak when plating.
